The Life & Employability Skills initiative strengthens vocational education in Odisha by building the capabilities of both trainers and students through structured staff and student capability development programmes.

The staff capability development programme focuses on enhancing professional and workplace competencies of trainers and staff, with emphasis on communication, leadership, learner engagement, adaptability, and effective training delivery.

The student capability development programme focuses on building essential life and employability skills, equipping learners with the confidence, communication abilities, digital awareness, and workplace readiness required for employment, entrepreneurship, and everyday life.
